OHSU Library NIH Third-Party Submittal Service

Let OHSU Library submit your manuscript to National Institutes of Health Manuscript Submission (NIHMS) system for you. All you need to do is fill out the online form below and attach your file(s). The library will take care of the rest of the submittal process.
Once the submittal is complete, NIHMS will send the principal investigator a confirmation email, which will include a link to the submission for final approval. This is required. Please let us know if you have not received a reply from NIHMS within four weeks of submission.

Note! It has been reported that the "Save as PDF" option in Office 2007 applications may cause file corruptions when these PDF's are submitted to NIH. If you are using the InfoEd system, then any versions of PDF will work for submissions.
